Gardens by the Bay
From now to 14 July, stop and smell the roses at Rose Romance as you take a stroll through a romantic European garden setting adorned with over 40 varieties of roses in myriad hues of red, pink, orange, yellow and white. These are not your garden variety roses, but a spectacular medley of hybrids rarely seen in this part of the world. There is Princess Anne, a fragrant, deep pink rose named for British royalty; Lady of Shalott, which bears the name of the classic Tennyson poem and produces stunning salmon-pink blooms; and the surprising Angèle Pernet, with its whimsical and unusual colour gradation. These lovely blooms trail down from trellises and arches, flourish amidst magnificent ruins reminiscent of castles of long ago, and surround a tower where Juliet on her balcony is wooed by Romeo in the courtyard below.
The Children’s Festival 2019, happening from now to 30 June, will see the transformation of Supertree Grove at Gardens by the Bay into a colourful carnival filled with family-friendly games and activities, inspired by Buzz, Woody and the gang in an all-new Toy Story adventure.
In the spirit of friendship and sharing, a toy donation drive will be held to encourage festival goers to find a new home for their toys. Support this cause by bringing soft toys, play sets, board games, or even sports equipment such as basketballs, rackets, and skateboards to the collection point on-site at Supertree Grove.
From 15 to 30 June, simply present your Children's Festival 2019 trail book to enjoy 50% off Singapore Resident Child admission tickets to Flower Dome! This promotion is valid for onsite ticket purchase at the ticketing counters only.
Finally, experience Floral Fantasy, located at Bayfront Plaza (just next to Bayfront MRT station), this June holidays and enjoy up to 25% discount on admission tickets. This promotion is valid from 1 to 30 June and tickets can be purchased from Gardens by the Bay’s online ticketing portal or onsite ticketing counters. Here, flowers, artistry and technology come together to create an intimate, fantastical experience for visitors.
